The Vertical Jump Test

Easier way to measure an athlete's power in the legs using the vertical jump. Place the Vertical Jump Test Mat on the floor and have the athlete stand on the feet marked on the mat. The mat eliminates taping down tape measure to the floor and eyeballing the distance jumped.
